The Saving of a Generation
To take the love of Christ to hopeless children of Central America by providing clothing, shoes, food, education, medical care, loving homes and, most importantly, spiritual guidance.

Many poor children in Central America live in countries that have been almost destroyed by wars or natural disasters. Because the lives of many parents have been lost to these catastrophes, many children often are on their own, even by the early age of five.

Many of these desperate children live near or in city dumps. They sniff industrial glue to try to take away the pangs of hunger they feel. But, what many of them do not realize is the same glue that may seem to ease their hunger pains is not only highly addictive, but also kills their brain cells.

It only takes one look into the eyes of the homeless children in Central America to see the hopelessness of their situation.

In many areas of these countries, poverty abounds. If the cycle of poverty and abuse is broken in the lives of some of these precious children it will be because you and I did something to make a difference.

Together, we can help children learn to live a healthy and productive life. We can take them off the streets and help them become literate by providing them with schooling.

According to statistics, many children do not receive the most minimal education because they are ashamed to attend school in their bare feet.

NHCF is ministering to as many of these children as possible to help prepare them for the future from a physical as well as spiritual perspective.
